How did you get involved with the TCG?

Trading Card Game - How involoved are you in it?

I collect the cards	24%	[ 6 ]
I play the TCG at events/tours/stores/with my friends/anywhere basically	4%	[ 1 ]
I just play the TCG on the GameBoy (or I have it on a ROM) - save me money from buying truckloads of packs	4%	[ 1 ]
I collect the cards and play at stores/tournements/etc.	8%	[ 2 ]
I collect the cards and play the GameBoy game only	4%	[ 1 ]
I just played the TCG and played it on the GameBoy. Never did try to collect all the sets. Just enough cards to get me a good deck.	4%	[ 1 ]
I did all 3! Ha! ^__^	24%	[ 6 ]
O_o? Card game? Nope. Not for me.	28%	[ 7 ]

psycho_freak Ace Trainer Joined: Fri Aug 27, 2004 12:00 am Posts: 333 Location: Australia Gender: Male Awsome-Factor: 1337	Back when the TCG was very popular in schools I was the King, I had all the First Edition Holo's, though one tragic day, they were stolen, well I can't really confirm that, I just lost them, though I was so sad, I knew in about 50 years time they would probably be worth something, so after that I wasn't envolved in the TCG. I have all the Dark (Team Rocket) Cards from the original Base Set. I also play the TCG rom on my computer. I loved it! Now, I've heard that there are pokemon with 250 HP! Well, that beats my 120 HP Charizard and my 100 HP Typhlosion. I don't even have any of the newer cards from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/FireRed/LeafGreen yet... But yes, I would go to any tournament... I don't have the best of the best in my deck, but I could sure stand out for a while in a battle, whether it's single or double. (Do they have double battles in the TCG now?)
