It is rumored that in the future generations of Diamond and Pearl many of the older Pokemon will return with new pre-evolutions. So far we know that Mr. Mime and Sudowoodo are among them. What other Pokemon do you predict (or hope) will have baby forms?
Remember! Legendaries cannot have babies, so please don

I think I know of an easy way to find if something will eventualy have an infant pre-evo. Check the EVs recived when you defeat that poke. The number recived should be the same as the poke's level of evolution. For example, when you defeat a Snorlax, you recive 2 HP EV. This normaly wouldn't make sense as it was thought to be a basic poke (lvl1 evo). But we now know that it is getting a pre-evo in Munchlax, making Snorlax a lvl2 evo. If you don't know what EVs are, there is probly a guide to them somewhere. That said, I think and hope that Lapras will get a pre-evo.
QUICK EDIT: Just realized that this does not apply to Legends. They all give 3 EV points. They are just that cool. 8)

This should probably be in the D/P Generation but anyways...
I'd like to see a pre-evo of Onix. Something like Stonix (I know, awful name).

interesting, but i think that the amount of EVs jsut is how strong there stat in that ability is (Ex. snorlax has high hp, thus 2 Evs)
but you might be right

If this is the case (and it seems likely; both Sudowoodo and Mr. mime give out 2 EVs too) then the following Pokemon would have pre-evos:
- Chansey
- Kangaskhan
- Lapras
- Lickitung
- Tropius
- Absol
- Mawile
- Pinsir
- Sableye
- Seviper
- Solrock
- Tauros
- Unown
- Zangoose
- Corsola
- Duskull
- Miltank
- Shuckle
- Skarmory
- Torkoal
- Aerodactyl
- Yanma
- Chimecho
- Girafarig
- Lunatone
- Misdraevus
- Mantine
Hmmm... Seeing the complete list makes me wonder if it's right. Certainly, they won't make pre-evos for all of them, but many of the Pokemon I thought that should get a pre-evo are there, so it seems it's half-right. The ones in bold are the ones I think should get a pre-evo.
BTW, I think Tauros and Miltank should get a common pre-evo that evolves into one or the other depending on gender (male for Tauros, female for Miltank, obviously).

How can Chimecho have a pre-evo? It's already so tiny
And Cloyster is an evolved Pokemon, its base form is Shellder. So there's no pre-evo for it.
Two Pokemon that I really want pre-evos for are and .

Seems like the entire fandom wants a Kangaskhan pre-evo. The same goes for the baby Tauros/Miltank thing. And actually, you might say the same thing for Solrock/Lunatone, though it would be hard considering they're genderless. But if they were going to make a pre-evo for any of those "pair" pokemon, they'd have to make one for the other too. Like, they can't make a baby Seviper and not a baby Zangoose. It would upset the balance.
I think sableye deserves an evolution, not a pre-evo, but he probably won't get one. Same for Tropius.
I think I could see a pre-evo for Chansey, and maybe Lickitung. But Chimecho? Man, that thing is bad enough already. I mean, don't get me wrong. I my Chimecho as much as any of my other pokemon, especially after it took so long to catch. But I'm not about to try battling with him. Unless they're gonna give him some super-awesome move that only the pre-evo learns if you level it up to 50 or something. But even then I'm not sure it would be worth it considering Chimecho's stats. Don't even get me started on Ledyba... ><;

Yeah, I think Chimecho is already too small and weak as it is. No offense to any Chimecho lovers. But it would be funny if they created something like this:
Dorbello [the doorbell Pokemon]
Pre-evolution of Chimecho
Psychic type
"This Pokemon is known to hover around people

I reckon there should be a pre-evolved form of and that can evolve into one or the other depending on how much it likes you at the time.
There should also be a pre-evolution for like a crazy little tiny monkey thing.
And also

I know it's kinda but I think there should be this evolution line for Plusle & Minun:
Plusle & Minun ---> Pichu ---> Pikachu ---> Raichu
For once lets have a four line evolution.
Oh and speaking of he should either get a pre-evo or become the pre-evo for (though I can't imagine why).
