Like Frost just said, way too many, at least 100, if not more. It would take too long to list them all, if anyone knew every single one Gary had.

He has over 200+ in Kanto alone.

I'll try to list most of what we know:

Squirtle --> Wartortle --> Blastoise, Arcanine, Nidoking, Nidoqueen, Hoothoot, Eevee --> Umbreon, Krabby, Doduo, Magmar, Scizor, Golem.

He used Blastoise, Scizor, Nidoqueen, Arcanine, Golem, and Magmar against Ash in the Silver Conference. As I remember, Ash looked up Gary's stats before the match and it revealed a bunch of his other Pokemon, but I don't remember those right now (apparently they were Skarmory, Kingdra, Houndoom, Fearow, Alakazam and Pinsir).

Frost, not to sound like a total nerd, but you forgot Kingler, Ash's Krabby evolved during the first round of the Indigo Tourney.

Too many duplicates, 200+ in kanto.

I like Ashes style of catching pokemon, picking out certain ones.

i think that ash is a little in over his head, but has his heart in the right spot. wheras gary is just cocky every second of his life, no matter what is going on. i think gary needs an attitude ajustment.

Oh yeah, I loved seeing gary after Mewtwo whooped in him that episode about Giovanni's gym. And his that was hilarious with his cheerleaders But can you beleive after mewtwo, in showdown at the poke corall, Gary was so cocky AGAIN!!!! That little *bleep*

hey frost, i don't think ash ever had a beedrill.

He did. He caught a Beedrill in the Johto episode "Gettin' the Bugs Out," during National Park's Bug Catching Contest. Even though he won the Contest with it, he decided to give it to Casey because Beedrill's yellow and black stripes were very similar to Electabuzz's stripes (Casey's favorite Pokemon).
