Virtual Console feature from Wii implemented on 3DS, turning it into Virtual Handheld? My body is ready.

Very excited for the 3DS, gonna try to get it at launch with Super Street Fighter 4 3DS.

I am definitely getting the 3DS when it comes out in March(if it does) but I will not get it if it is going to be $300 I mean even $250 is acceptable for me seeing as the PSP was dangerously close to this price when it first launched & I actually found it hard to play anything on...

What games am I looking forward to that will or may come out;

1. the game with Pit in it...
2. Street Fighter 4 / 3D Edition
3. Samarai Warriors / Chronicles
4. DOA / Dimensions
5. I guess it's some Final Fantasy game as I saw a Chocobo(?)...
6. Megaman Legends 3 (cause I never played the first 2)
