Oh boy...
The Sonic series, Genesis games mostly, Sonic 2 being my first, S3&K being awesome with the whole Super Emeralds thing.
I'll definitely second the opinion that ToeJam and Earl was awesome.
I prefer the Mega Man X series over the original Mega Man games. (At least, up through X3.)
Final Fantasy's awesome, even though I'm just getting into it.
COMMAND & CONQUER! I especially like the Red Alert series, and Generals is pretty cool, in its own right.
The Sims is always fun, of course.
GoldenEye, and moreso, the "sequel" that is Perfect Dark. PD == *drool*
DDR; my primary form of exercise for muscles other than the fingers.
And, of course, Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. I already wrote my rant on this, and I'm too lazy to do it again. Just go buy the game already.

Oh umm...
1) Diablo II: Lord of Destruction... the game that started it all. Classic adventure game with unlimited gameplay.
2) Tales of Symphonia... OMG! A must have for any Gamecube player. Vivid storyline, amazing battle system, variety of characters... just awesome.
3) Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire... Enough said (well duh, this is a pokemon site)
4) Harvest Moon 64... Farming with magical gnomes and golden milk... kewl huh?
5) Area 51 (arcade version)... I like using both guns. I owned with both of them and its funny when other people come buy and watch me blast the hell out of aliens  .
6) Gauntlet Legends... Who doesn't like this game? Its a smaller version of Diablo2, except you just press one button over and over and over.
7) Pat the Baker... LOL! J/k, I watch too many cartoons
