How long does a post have to go unanswered before posting in it would be necromancy? A week? A month? And what are ROMs? I would be grateful if you or someone you know answers as quickly as possible. With that in mind, I just joined up and don't know the specifics of all the rules yet, so you're welcome to help me out so I keep Psypoke going well.

Necromancy I think is a month but I'm not entirely sure. As For ROMs, they are video games put on to computer data that can play on an emulator (either in hardware or on a computer). Because you can download them anywhere for free (some places charge but they usually don't have anything the free places don't) they are illegal to use or own, thus, banned from conversation.

Thank you! I was admittingly a little concerned of accidentially raising a thread from the dead within my first six hours of joining - Rise skeleton! I remember what ROMs are, dad told me about them before, copied simulations of games downloaded onto the computer. Thanks!

Okay, first off, necromancy...there's not really a set limit to it, it's entirely up to the moderators' discretion. Just, if you think it would be necromancy, look at your post for a bit and decide if it would really contribute to the discussion (not a 'ya i agree' post). If it does, go ahead and post. If you're a moron and post the 'ya i agree', then it's going to get deleted. Granted, it'd get deleted in a current topic, but it has less chance of getting deleted in a current topic.
Second, yes, ROMs are forbidden to be discussed here. It's not really our policy as much as it is Gamespy/IGN's policy.
