I'm a bit confused.
It says my Riolu stats dont exist, but he has 25 speed as a stat.

As for the EVs, do you just divide the stat by 4? because thats what I did.
I'm new to these IVs and EVs. And I was just wondering if I was doing it right.

EVs have to be calculated by tracking how many battles the Pokemon has been in, and what Pokemon were battled. Start here.

OK, so I need to track every battle that the pokemon has.
Two more questions:

1. What if the pokemon already had a bunch of battles, maxed out it's EVs, then got to level 100. How do I check which EVs it has when it has them all maxed out?

2. If {pikachu} was first in my party, then I switch to my {squirtle} to kill {geodude} , who gets the Defence EVs, {pikachu} or {squirtle}

Odds are you cannot check them unless you wrote down each battle.

They would both get the EVs.
