PROLOGUE:
You all know(or at least I think you do) the story of the main character in PMD. You know, a human transformed into a pokemon. Well lately, the reverse is happening. Lots of pokemon are turning into humans, and some people are born half-breeds, because of certain Teams no one has ever heard of. And with Prototype Gene-X coming around, it's becoming a problem.

PLOT:
Well, Team Rocket, Team Magma, Team Aqua, and Team Galactic freely admit that they had no doing with the Cross-Breeds, Transformed, and Gene-X151, also known as Prototype Gene-X. After all the hope of finding the culprits drained, a video tape came to the Goldenrod Radio Tower. They brodcasted the contents of the tape on the news, and it was from two criminal organizations called Team Icenn and Team Roque(has nothing to do with rocks). On the video, two mysterious people, the leaders of the groups, named Icenn and Rouge, said that they both created Prototype Gene-X, and they were the cause of Cross-Breeds, but they didn't cause the Transformed. The kids and the trainers who were under any of these three "Unique" types were also put down in school, and goverment officals wanted to help them, so they made an academy called The Ledge Academy, located on recently discovered Legend Isle, a island off the coast of Sinnoh. Led by the most educated Half-Breed known, a Politoed named William Ledge, they hope to help, uhhhhh..... different kinds of people to become great trainers, while trying to fight and defeat the two teams. Long story short, learn to be a good trainer, and fight Team Icenn and Team Roque.

GENE-X151:
You might be wondering, what the heck is Gene-X151. It was, like I said, created by Team Icenn and Team Roque, by taking a single strand of DNA from Mew(which took like 50 years to just get it.) and manipulating it. They cloned it and injected it into babies before they were born. Bad news is that only 6 out of the over 5,000,000,000,000 babies injected survived until year 10. For Cross-Breeds, they did the same thing with other pokemon, except they didn't manipulate it.

RULES:
Basic rules,
You can swear, but if it's not hell or @$$, put stars after it, e.g. "F*** you." said Will
No Godmodding
No shinies or legends,
Romance is allowed but keep it pg-13
During battles, PM the person you are doing battle with do decide who wins
In battle, your pokemon may not dodge every attack, land every attack, be invincible, ect...
No Mary Sues cause that's just boring/annoying for everyone
I reserve the right to kick anyone out who is not following the rules, however you will get a warning.

Only 5 other people can have Gene-X151. Once 5 people claim Gene-X151, it's gone. If you have Gene-X151, you go in the same dorm thing as every other Gene-X151. Transformed & Cross-Breeds go in the same dorms with each other.
Oh yeah, in ranking, it's this, Cross-Breeds-------->Transformed-------------------------------->Gene-X151
If you didn't catch that, Cross-Breeds are highest ranking, while Gene-X151 are lowest. All starting pokemon are lv: 5 when you get it. If you get a Feebas, or a Ralts as a starter, it comes with Return as one of it's moves. If you get a Magikarp, you get a male Combee.

Edit: Wears worn jeans with holes at the knees, a fingerless glove on his right hand, and a plain red T-shirt with dice on the front. Also wears red tennis shoes and red bandana on his head. (He thinks it makes him look cool.)

I think that cross-breed is where the person is both human and pokemon, and transformation is when you can turn FULLY into the pokemon...I think.

I'd like to join the RP, but I'm rather unclear on the concept of what these three groups are. This is what it sounds like they are:

Cross-breeds are Pokemon who are half-human.
Transformed are a cross between two Pokemon.
Gene-X151 members are ??????? (dude, I have no idea because you didn't make it sound clear)

If someone can please make this clear, then I'd be happy to join in the RP. (Yay, my first RP.)

Okay, first off, refer to me as Gonga909. Second off, Transformed is when a pokemon turns into a human. Don't ask me, the reverse happened in PMD. Third off, a Cross breed is when they were injected with poke DNA before they were born, and it screwed up the DNA, wallah! Instant Cross-Breed. Forth off, Gene-X is sorta hard to explain, so basically, they manipulated the hell outta Mew DNA, and injected it before the poor kids were born.

Gonga, are you going to start the story? I don't mean to sound impatient or anything, I'm just wondering who and/or how it's going to start off.

And...what happens to them? What do they look like? Are they social outcasts, physically disabled, horribly deformed? I already gathered what you said. I just want to know the effects of Gene X151, and what it does.

Gene-X kids are actually normal, often their "powers" develop later. They look normal, and sound normal. They are social outcasts though.
