EDIT- Due to Halloween having come and gone I would like to take charge of Theolithical's Underdogs Cup. As per the rules all Pokemon must either be from the UU or NU tier consult smogon.com for tier details, or the list here on Psypoke too lazy to go dig it up.

Prizes are listed below.

First will get three Pokemon with perfect IV's in four stats, EV trained in their fashion (if they should so chose), with a nature of their choice and held Item of their choice.

Second will get two Pokemon with perfect IV's in four stats, EV trained in their fashion (if they should so chose), with a nature of their choice and held Item of their choice.

Third will get one Pokemon with perfect IV's in four stats, EV trained in their fashion (if they should so chose), with a nature of their choice and held Item of their choice.

Rules.
No OU or Uber Pokemon allowed, sorry guys meant for only the UU and NU guys and gals.
No extreme hacks, 252 Ev's in all stats, no Exploding Magikraps, no WonderVomitomb, etc.
Sleep Clause (Rest induced sleep does not count seeing how most Pokemon that use rest use Sleep Talk.)
Evasion Clause (Exceptions include-Sand Veil in Sandstorm, Snow Cloak in Hail, and any move that can randomly increase evasion, Accupressure, and Metronome.)
OHKO Clause (Exception being if it came from Metronome.)

Other notes
Item Clause will not be in play, so go ahead have six Focus Sashes, or four Choice Items if ya want.
If a discrepancy occurs redo the match, if it happens again both battlers are out for good.
I aim to have anywhere from 8-12 people, sign ups will last one week, with rounds lasting one week.

Rules:
Well, not many. No clauses, and no tier restrictions.

Legit stats, abilities, etc.

You may not tamper with a pokemon's IVs with an external cheating device. If you bred a pokemon, none of its ancestors can have hacked IVs. (You may hack a pokemon that would not be obtainable without an event item, however you must leave its IVs to the RNG.)

You may only use Arceus if you attended the TRU or movie event.
However, you can not use an external device to EV train it. (This is due to the fact that, because of it being given away at level 100, non hackers can not give it more than 100 EVs in a stat.)

You may only have an event move in a pokemon's moveset if it was legitimately obtained from an event.

All HG/SS moves in a pokemon's moveset must have been taught in HG/SS.

Signups will begin Dec. 1st. They will end Dec. 8th at 11:59 pm CST.

You must post that you are aware of your match within three days of the matchups. If neither player is able to battle, the match will be decided by a coin flip.

Clauses:
UUber: Do not use an overpowered Pokémon or any of their forms such as Arceus, Darkrai, Deoxys, Dialga, Giratina, Groudon, Ho-Oh, Kyogre, Latias, Latios, Lugia, Manaphy, Mew, Mewtwo, Palkia, Rayquaza, Shaymin, Wobbuffet, Wynaut.
Hax Items: Do not have a luck based item equipped on a Pokémon. These are Brightpowder, Focus Band, King's Rock, Lax Incense, Quick Claw, Razor Claw, Razor Fang and Scope Lens. They tend to not belong in competitive play, as they do not reflect a battler's ability.
Kamikaze: If both players are down to their last Pokémon, do not use a Pokémon that will knock out the user. Moves are Self-Destruct, Explosion, Perish Song, and Destiny Bond.
Duplication: Two of the same Pokémon are not allowed on the same team. Example: Two Dragonites cannot be on the same team, even though they might have different abilities, moves, items or natures.
No Hacked Pokémon: This is self explanatory. If a Pokémon is illegally modified in terms of IVs, Moves, or Stats it is NOT allowed in battle. Pokémon that have been created by the use of RNG abuse are allowed.
One Hit KO: Moves like Guillotine, Horn Drill, Fissure or Sheer Cold is forbidden in battle.
Sleep: You cannot put more than one of your opponent's Pokémon asleep at the same time. If one Pokémon is asleep, you also cannot use the move Yawn to force them to swap.
Disconnection: You may not move away from your connection point or turn off your DS to force a draw. If your opponent gets a COM error, they are entitled to a rematch using the same Pokémon in the same order.
Evasion: Evasion stat increasing is not allowed of any kind. Be sure to avoid using Accupressure, as it will double Evasion 1/7th of the time.
