If I had to help you pick one, I'd go with Metagorss. Great attack stat, good type coverage, decent other stats, nice revenge killer with Explosion, and just a great Pokemon all around. This is mostly because Metagross just has a special place in my heart because he's awesome. Also, if you're willing to replace Expert Belt with Choice Scarf, you'll outspeed many Pokemon, and that may be just the extra punch you need. And yes, I realize priority moves like Bullet Punch would cover speed, but that doesn't pack quite the same punch as Meteor Mash.
Now, if you want that ludicrous speed that Aerodactyl offers, you can't go wrong with that. You could always change up your strategy quite a bit and use him as a suicide lead to set up Stealth Rock. Slap on a Focus Sash and give him Taunt and a few good atacks and you've got a great set. You also don't have to worry about Sandstorm breaking the Focus Sash/killing you after the fact.
Really, it depends on what your team really needs; I know Garchomp offers both immense Speed and Power, so you just have to decide what's best for your team.
And, if I could make a note here, you do have a wild card you can use in our League. If you want, you can stick in something that can sponge some Sandstorm damage for some more type coverage/weakness elimination. Just a small point you can note.

I dislike Smogon as well, but the fact is they do have the most balanced tier system of any competitive group, hence why everyone outside of nintendo (who have a very oddly balanced system) uses Smogon/Shoddy.
And I say an agility Metagross, grants you both power and speed.

This man speaks the truth. Both about Metagross and Smogon/Shoddy.

I would go Metagross, but probably teach it Magnet Rise. Mine knows Magnet Rise, Meteor mash, Zen Headbutt, and Agility and it works pretty well for me

We really cant make this decision without seeing your entire team. The decision for what to use would be based on what your team needs. If you need a good lead go with aero, if a straight sweeper/phys tank take meta.

I wish they would use smogon tier for WVC.

I hear you there, my sandstorm team uses Gyarados
btw, I sweeped an entire team on Shoddy a few weeks ago with a Metagross that had agility. Metagross ftw!

I'll go for metagross. Found aerodactyl quite nice to. So hard to decide!
