Okay, so I wanted a Blissey for WI=FI battling with max EV's in HP and Def and have max IV's in HP. But I want it too know Seismic Toss. How do I get it too learn Seismic Toss? Anyone know? (If you need to know, the games I have are FR HG Plat)

breed chansey in FR, then if you haven't already used it, go to pewter museumand talk to the guy behind the desk, and he'll offer to teach sesmic toss.

Day-Care/rare candy it to lv10 and check using the IV calculator on the site to get a vague range for your IVs, only way to get a 100% accurate check is to rare candy it to lv100 and check.

I thought you could also use it in a battle where they bump it up to level 100 and check its stats, so you don't have to use so many rare candies..?

You can but sometimes it isn't always easy to find someone to do an IV battle.

You can, but it's hard to do in 3rd gen games, unless you have two GBA, games and a cable. 4th gen it's much easier with wifi but you have to bring the Blissey over first with no way to go back and get the move.

How and where would I get 100 rare candies?

first off if you haven't EV trained it at all,
@ lvl 13 you'll be able to tell if it has 31 HP EVs if it has 92 HP @ lvl 13 then its HP IVs are 31.

Honest to God, how hard is it to day-care a Pokemon to level ten? Just stick it in there and ride your bike around for about three minutes, that way you can check the IVs very quickly without wasting all the rare candies.

Also can I rule out Chanseys that have 40 Hp when there're born? Some have 40 HP, and some have 41.
