i want a tank with high def/spdef. any pokemon with decent of both?

claydol is not bad, and umbreon is great though it leans torwards spec. D.

Totally Snorlax al the way, not only high def and super high spec def, it has hvery high hp and good attack as well as thick fat for fire and ice moves
