Bans take a while and there's plenty to go through, so a short-term contest would have little change on the list. The top post I will keep updated to be current with Smogon.

Might i ask, what is V-Generate?

A 180 Base Power Fire type attack with 95 accuracy. That is basically a Fire SuperPower, it is something only Victini gets.

A 180 base power fire attack, the user's def, s.def and speed drop as recoil. Combine this with Perma Sun and/or White herb for a very deadly attack.

The 95 acc is negated by victory star.
