It's similar to the set(s) already in the guide. Like tiger10x said, we're working on improving the movesets in the guide, so improvements in some of the more outdated sets will be done soon enough =)

Fixed, but I'm not sure if that's the best possible EV Spread; I'll review it again once the planned update is completed (yes, I know we've been speaking of it for some time now, but we're busy people, so please forgive us =p)

The Hariyama set has a Timid nature; I think you mean Jolly or Adamant?

sN0wBaLL and I have just completed an extensive overhaul of the entire guide. In the months it took to do, I think all we really needed was just a few weeks and some well-placed extra time on our hands. I honestly don't feel like listing all of the sets that have been updated like it has normally been done in past updates to the guide, but then again, I don't feel like typing the name of each fully-evolved Pokemon again.
Enjoy!

*UPDATE*
Following the major overhaul we have had recently, Pokemon icons and moveset descriptions have been added to each of the movesets in the guide. Some minor errors have also been fixed. If you spot any, please do post here to let us know.
Meanwhile, enjoy the update!

Use my all-out-attacking Jirachi:
Jirachi @Leftovers
252 SAtk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
~Psychic
~Ice Punch
~T-bolt
~Water Pulse
I use it in netbattle, and I think its suited for regular in-game.

Once again I emphasize that the movesets in the guide are just suggested movesets. The guide is not meant to be an exhuastive list for all movesets that work well. There are many more variations for each Pokemon that would work equally well. Your Jirachi set is simply a variation of a Special Sweeping version, so while it works well, there's no real need to add it into the guide. Thanks for the suggestion anyway.

What is a Sub Puncher? You use Substitute then Focus Punch so you auto amtically hit?

Yep, it's something like that. For more information you might want to check out the Battling Roles Guide, which can be found here: http://www.psypokes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4690

Well you could have used ctrl+f to search for "sandslash". That'll lead you straight to the relevant moveset. Use the find function when searching for Pokemon movesets in the future
Anyway, thanks for notifying us about the error. The image has been fixed.

Go to the first page and use the find control (Ctrl + F) and search for the names of each of those Pokemon. You actually could have looked at the post before yours to find that out it, too.

For the second blaziken moveset (dancer/bulk-up), here's a recommended change:
~Swords Dance/Bulk Up
~Flamethrower / Fire Blast / Overheat
~Brick Break / Sky Uppercut
~Rock Slide
Whats being EQ'ed? Other fires? Rock Slide deals with that. A muk/swalot? Please, there are better counters. Electrics? Again, better counters.
Rock Slide deals with flyers, other fires, Gengar, etc.
Aerial Ace has no use with Flamethrower (Bug, Grass both dealt with).

Being EQ's is being hit with one of the most powerful moves in the game, Earthquake. Rock Slide only deals with flyers, and is actually bad against ground. Also, your set adds a Fire move, which doesn't fit with the Physical Sweeperness. Also, Rock Slide is also mentioned as one of the options for the third slot, so your moveset is definitely not better than the current second option, the Physical sweeper.

Thanks for the suggestion, but your moveset is more like a combination of the existing sets. Unless there new idea somewhere in a suggested set, or if the Pokemon can fulfill another Battling Role (and be effective at that), it's unlikely that a new set will be added.
In the meantime, everyone is still free to use their own variations of Pokemon movesets.

Rock Slide
Headbutt
Bite
Thunder Wave

I would suggest you enquire about such things in the Rating Center: http://www.psypokes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=261
Anyway, your Dunsparce has split EVs since it has Bite, a Special Attack, and two Physical Attacks. It's better to specialise in just one Battling Role.

Why? Surely coverage of ghosts that resist Headbutt is a real asset; definetly worth the lower EVs.
252 EVs in attack = 63 points
252 speed = 63 points
6 spare
129 in sp. atk = 32
same in speed
So 32 less power in the atk. stat gives coverage of more pok

I personally don't go for coverage of specific types. As long as a moveset has moves that can hit all Pokemon types, it would be good enough. Hence, since Rock Slide would be able to hit Ghosts without being super effective, it's good enough for me. The EVs can then be concentrated on Attack.
It's your personal preference though. Like we've always said these movesets in the guide are merely suggested ones. There are many variations which will work too.

Don't kill me for these ludicolo sets, here me out...
@Lefties
Timid/Modest Natures, Swift Swim
~Sunny Day
~Synthesis
~Solar Beam
~Fire Punch
A Sunny beam-synth with fire punch. No others can do that. Clafable and sableye could do moonlight, but iirc, its power changes w/ time.
Swift Swim, so that if a rain dancer comes out, you can speed up and use sunny day.
@Lefties
~Rain Dance
~Leech Seed
~Mega Drain (for pp)/Giga Drain (power)
~Ice Beam/S-toss/Surf/Dive
The one you have is more annoying than draining.
Thats it!
