In Charmeleon's moveset it say charizard instead of chameleon(and it has the pic of a charizard) http://www.psypokes.com/dex/movesets.php?id=005
and in charizards moveset it has the same as charmeleon.

Movesets are only given for the final evolution of each Pokemon. In this case, Charmander, Charmeleon and Charizard's have the same suggested set. Moves like Wing Attack can only be learnt by Charizard. As such, there is no error at all. It's just that we don't have movesets for every single Pokemon, because most people battle with final evolutions anyway.

Mm, you do have a point. But, what if you're battling Pre-evos? Just an idea...don't yell at me

Then use the suggested movesets, and make changes accordingly, depending on which of the suggested moves can't be learnt. Either that, or you can volunteer to write a movesets guide with a moveset for every single unevolved Pokemon

I could do that, but I lean on offensive over defensive/stat inflicters, so it wouldn't be balanced ._.
I'm planning on breeding my treasured Flicker (Charizard) on FR, so I'll use her Charmander as a tester for a moveset.
