Okay, it's both a question I need answered and a guide error, so I'll post it here, and a mod move this if they feel they need to. The RSE TM/HM Guide says that you get TM 45 (Attract) in the Verdanturf Contest Foyer, but there's not a contest site in Verdanturf in Emerald. So, where do you get it? (and then, after that's been conclusively answered, the guide probably needs to be changed to include that.)

You get it in the town's Battle Tent by talking to one of the people inside. The same applies for Torment (TM 41), too.
