You have Shuppet (listed under "Attack") it says the encounter rate for it in Mt. Pyre is 100%
This is both true and false. It has a 100% encounter rate in certain floors (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), but the others it is 90%, with the other 10% being duskull, listed in the Psydex

I'm not sure whether you meant that:
1) Shuppet has a 100% encounter rate somewhere in the dungeon
2) it's a typo
3) something else entirely.

If it's the first, then maybe note on the page to check the locations in psydex?

Yeah I meant that. I was kinda meaning "Shuppet's so common in Mt Pyre anyway", but I've clarified this in the EV Training guide.
