It says Manmuu is a Ice/Ground Type, and it's x2 weak to Water, but it's wrong. Being a Ice/Ground type, it's x4 weak to Water |

I'm afraid that's incorrect. Ice types are only weak against Fire, Rock, Steel and fighting. Not water. So, Manmuu is 2x weak against Water. Sozzles! (Check Glalie, that should support my theory. If, however, you are right, please PM me so I don't make such a mistake in the future.  )
