It Torterra's Dex page, it says Torterra is x2 weak to Flying attacks but being a Ground-Grass type, it is x4 weak to Flying attacks. http://www.psypokes.com/dex/psydex/389/general |

No, ground pokemon aren't weak to flying. Ground is x0 to flying and flying is x2 to ground or maybe x.5, but flying isn't x2 to ground. The only thing it is x4 weak to, like it says, is Ice. |
