On the DP items page, a few of the Arceus Plates only have The Underground listed for their location, but you can get 1 of each of them aboveground too. Draco Plate - Eterna City behind the Palkia statue Flame Plate - Inside Stark Mountain Insect Plate - Outside Old Cheateau Iron Plate - Iron Island Meadow Plate - Route 210 Stone Plate - Mt. Coronet Peak Zap Plate - In front of Sunyshore Lighthouse All of these require the dowsing machine as well I think. |

Oh, didn't see those listed, probably because I haven't checked it lately. Sorry about that, hopefully these locations help though. |
