well i just got on and after i posted i noticed there is no donate button under my name |

You cant donate to yourself. That'd be just silly. |

There's not supposed to be any Donate button under your name. Why would you need to donate to yourself? Rest assured that all other members can see a Donate button under your name, so donations to you can still take place. There is therefore no bug at all.
