http://psypokes.com/dex/movesets.php?id=131 In Lapras's moveset, the EV's are 252 Att, 129 HP, and 129 Def with a Modest nature. Since its choice attacks are Ice Beam-Surf-Psychic-Rest/Confuse Ray/Attract, shouldn't the EVs be 252 Special Attack? - Fixed, ty 11Mar06 |

The Standard Movesets Guide lists 252 Special Attack EVs instead of 252 Attack EVs for Lapras, so it's just an error on the Movesets Page. Thanks for the information =) |
