Okay, it's both a question I need answered and a guide error, so I'll post it here, and a mod move this if they feel they need to. The RSE TM/HM Guide says that you get TM 45 (Attract) in the Verdanturf Contest Foyer, but there's not a contest site in Verdanturf in Emerald. So, where do you get it? (and then, after that's been conclusively answered, the guide probably needs to be changed to include that.) |

You get it in the town's Battle Tent by talking to one of the people inside. The same applies for Torment (TM 41), too. |
