I have got badge that allows to use it. Where do I obtain it?

In Red/Blue and FR/LG, you get HM01 (Cut) from the captain's room on the S.S Anne. Also, don't post the same topic twice, there's no need.

EDIT: If you want to know where certain HMs/TMs are, you could always look on the main website of psypoke. There's usally a section called TM/HM list and that tells you what the TM is and where it's found.
