I have NO Clue how to level up my file-thing on these forums

Make CONSTRUCTIVE posts, and you will gradually work your way up the ranks. It's based on post count, but the Mods will delete posts that are Spam. Although, do not worry about your rank; it has no actual effect on anything (except for the Gym Leaders, Frontier Brains, Lite Four, and Elite Four; then, their rank denotes that they are Moderators/Administrators of some sort).

The ranks are based on your post count. Contributing more will increase your post count.
