You need to put this in the Virdian forest. Not sinnoh generation.

Maybe a moderater could move this.

Welcome! You get the Shiny Stone (For that's what it's called in the English version) after helping Riley on Iron Island and getting your Riolu egg. Just keep going after he gives you the egg and there it is. You can't miss it.
