Setting: A medium-small island that would seem like the middle of nowhere, having very strange weather patterns dividing it into six parts- Plains,forest,swamp,desert,mountains,and a canyon

How you Ralts got on the island: He was happily sleeping in his pokeball when all of a sudden Team Rocket stole him from his trainer. Later they discovered that he was weak, but instead og killing him they shipped him in a plane and droped his pokeball out the window, witch fell and broke open, releasing Ralts.
The area Ralts lives in: Plains [You confused me by saying that they can be in plains and later didn't say plains, if he can't be in the plains then make it the canyon.]

Cacnea was examining his new home when he saw a shape. He rushed over to it to see that it was a Ralts. Cacnea said "Hello I'm Cacnea." Cacnea looked back and saw his desert home. He then said to Ralts "This is a weird island. Have you seen an Island like this? I haven't."

"togepi was wandering around in the forest, looking for food. he wished he hadn't hatched. now he was tired, hungry, and most of all, lonely!
togepi ate some leaves and then nodded of to sleep."

Edit (from 12 hours l8r): I'm back! oh and togepi uses the leftover eggshell as a storage space where he keeps stuff he finds

How he got on the island: When he was in a field, he was attacked by a pokemon. The pokemon defeated him easily and knocked him out. When he woke up he was in a forest on the island.
Area: Forest
How about this?

"No, I haven't seen anything like this before. I just woke up like this after...." Tears started forming in his eyes. "I was...... KIDNAPPED!" After saying that Ralts became too sad and ran away farther into the plains.

How you got on the island: A kid thought i was a kite and threw me to the island
The area you live in: dessert

when togepi woke up he looked in his old eggshell to make sure his item was there. it was a shiny, pretty, stone. it was still there. togepi was now full and rested, but he was still lonely! he decided to explore the island, how big it was etc. he stood up and decided to walk um.... that way! he went mabye a mile and then remembered that -gasp- he forgot his eggshell with the shiny stone!
after crying a lot, he moved on. then he saw a, a, what was it? it was floating!
(togepi is is looking at treeckoluv BTW)

Cacnea decided to explore the island. In the forest he saw a shuppet and a togepi. He wanted to see if a ghost could get scared so Cacnea snuk up behind shuppet and.................................."BOO!"

togepi finnaly figuring out that the floating object was a ghost he got very frightened. he jumped behind some bushes to hide, hoping the ghost wouldn't see him. then all of a sudden the ghost said BOO!
-togepi fainted-
(the BOO isn't godmodding togepi didn't see cacnea and thought the ghost said it (again, the ghost is shuppet) )

Ralts stopped near a small stream once he got too tired to keep running. It was just then that he realised how starving he was. As he continued he spotted a berry bush near the nothern part of the stream. Ralts ate them without thinking if they were even edible, but he was still thirsty. As he aproached the stream he saw something pink floating in the air, but when he blinked it was gone. "Must of been a mirage made because I'm thirsty." Ralts quickly drank the water to restore his straingth.

Gligar hit the ground hard. He didn't know where he was, or who he just saw. He was frightened like crazy, but gligar gained confidence and got up to say hi. Gligar used wind attack to hoist himself into the air.
"Hi"

Ralts got up and looked behind him and saw a flying Scorpion-like thing. "What are you doing? Don't hurt me! PSYCHIC!" Since the Gliglar startled Ralts, he began focusing psychic energy. Once it was ready he sent it into Gliglar's mind.

Shuppet bolted in alarm and crashed into a tree. Then he looked at the pokemon and realized it wasn't anything dangerous. "Who... are you? Where... am I?" asked the shuppet. "I... don't remember anything...". He flew around in circles in the air, trying to reconize something. But it was no good. He had amenesia. He flew over to a lake and looked at his reflection.

"Owwww...." togepi's head hurt from when he fell over after fainting. he saw that the "ghost" was only a shuppet. "whew, thats a releif." then he saw a cacnea. "Hi!" he said "I'm togepi. how did you two get here? do you want to be freinds?" togepi was happy. he wasn't lonely anymore !

(What the? In case you din't notice, Ralts and Gliglar are in a completely different area. Ralts and Gliglar are in the plains, the rest are in the forest.)

I had assumed that ralts had followed canea missed the part where he ran farther out into the plains sorry.

Shuppet began floating around again, searching for something. But then he gave up. He looked at the togepi and cacnea and got scared. "Wha-wha-what are you going to do?" asked Shuppet. "I know! You're going to hurt me! stay away!" said Shuppet. Then he disapeared in a cloud of smoke and apeared in a plain and saw two more pokemon.

"What the? what was that?" togepi then turned to face cacnea. "who was that? was he your freind? how did you get here? do you know any one else? do you want to be my freind?"

Cacnea turned to togepi and said "Uhh...What?" Cacnea rushed off to the plains to get a rock. Not a normal rock, but a spherical rock to toss off the highest point of the island. At the highest point of the island Cacnea threw his rock. Then, just then, Cacnea realized he couldn't get down. The wind was very strong and, fortunately for Cacnea, blowing in the direction of the plains. Cacnea screamed for help, thinking he would not be heard.
