So recently the 13th movie giveaway gave 4 new moves to each of the legendary dogs

Suicune: Exspd, Air Slash, Sheer Cold, Aqua ring
Entei: Exspd, Flare Biliz, Howl, crush claw
Raikou: Exspd, Aura Sphere, Weather Ball, Zap cannon
Important to note that only Shiny variants can use the moves.

Celebii gained Nasty plot in it's recent event.

Heatran got Eruption recently, but is limited to a Quiet nature.

Deoxys Got Meteor mash

How do you feel these moves will affect their movesets/tier?

I feel Suicune got nothing of value (not that it needs it) I-beam outclasses air slash and the flinch would be counterproductive to pressure. aqua ring is outclassed by rest+talk.

Entei now has something on Physical Arcanine, but not much gain.

Raikou got great gifts, Aura sphere/shadowball/STAB makes him a great sweeper/CM user, and weather ball makes him potent on rain and hail teams.

Celebii with NP is scary, as it can BP it, sweep without fearing status due to natural cure, or can still be a great defensive force. I could see it being Uber tested.

-speed nature makes Eruption difficult, but will probably get some use.

Meteor mash is too shaky for common use given it's defense, but is the only move that can boost it's attack stat, So attack/speed formes may use it to chance a sweep/annihilation.

Good God, I hope so. Nasty Plot Celebi is freaking ridiculous.
BTW, does anybody know when/if the movie promo dogs are coming to the US?

Rumor us that a Celebii event was to be in the US this summer, the beasts will probably be with the movie release, my guess is around January.

Awesome, can't wait for Celebi. Also, the new moves for Raikou will be pretty cool, especially Aura Sphere. I agree with shinashu; Deoxy's isn't going to be doing much with Meteor Mash, and Heatran with Eruption is a joke.
