It's a party comedy rap by eminem, really good, comes from one of his middle albums (encore or 8 mile, or whatever it is). Bits of swearing, lots of innuendo. It basically mocks Michael Jackson with Eminem pretending to be a paedophile trying to get little kids to dance. It was written while Michael Jackson was under trial for being accused of paedophilia, so its not for people that have the slightest respect for MJ.

The one in your sign was actually correct, but don't use the capital letters, so it's just like { arceus } without the space.
