I was just wondering, why does it seem impossible for anyone to win the Lotto?? The jackpot continues to grow, but it seems like nobody's ever won since the Psybucks have been re-instated. Is this because the odds are designed that way, or is it still being modified in some way??

It's realistically small odds. Also, it depends on how many people are playing as to whether or not someone wins. If it really grows out of control, I can raise the odds a bit...
