So the Dreams and Realities werewolf ended, and /vXv\ is hosting the next one, but how do you actually apply for one?

I know about the sign-up list but it's out to date and it says it's closed.

So how do I sign up? PM or what?




EDIT: Also, from the rules, you can't be hosting more than one contest. But does that include games that aren't really contests?
(In other words, could I host a contest and keep the "Who would win in a fight Game" going?)
