Date: July 17th. The time will a be about 12:00pm Central Time. Subject to change for convience.

It will be held in Leona's server. (Everyone entering should thank her for that)

The rounds will be determined by either me assigning numbers to each person and drawing them from a hat(which I feel wouldn't be fair as it could leave a LOT of room for me "rig" the pairings), or a suggested method.

Only the HOST and the host's NON-COMPETITING predetermined Mods and Admins will have such status. Competiting people will have to lose the Mod/Admin status for the rounds in which they are competiting.

Rules:

Pokemon must be a the LOWEST form of Evolution. This means that the pokemon MUST evolve in some way, trading, level up, stone, ect. That means Pichu, Igglybuff, Cleffa, and Azurill are allowed. Pikachu, Marill, Jigglypuff, and Clefairy are not allowed.

Scyther, Onix, Wynaut, Chansey, ect. aren't allowed as they are strong pokemon EVEN WITHOUT evolution. They were given Evos to make people cry.

Sneasel isn't allowed EVEN though it gets an Evolution in the next generation...so don't try to pull one of those on me.

Any item you want to use you can.

What ever pokemon you want, within the restrictions, I don't care.

The pokemon MUST HAVE an evolution. The number of evolutions doesn't matter as long as it has at least one.

Scyther, Onyx, and Chansey aren't allow because they are evil. Not really, they are just very strong pokemon that evolve just be evil.

Eevee is allowed.

WYNAUT is banned. Same reasons as Wobbuffet.

After reading from the whole Leona's Server thing, I just want to make it clear that the creator of the server won't have too much control of some of the rules. Not that I want to be a control freak, its just I feel like it would be taking my idea and twisting it into someone's own. But after reading the rules, they don't seem TOO extreme and are pretty easy to comply with. So, yeah. I don't want to come off as a control freak who must have his way its just I've tried to make this a very rigid rules that won't bend very easy to prevent cheating.

The mods and admins of the server can, of course, suggest rules and such. I just want to be a part in the decision. That is the main thing. If I can be a part of the rule deciding/altering then I'll be fine with anything. Just so I don't feel like I was just tossed aside for someone else's rules.

I don't particularly want to participate, but I will make sure nobody breaks the rules. Since this is a special tournament I see no need to change your rules in any way.

Leona, did you want to enter? Even though it is your server you CAN enter...you'd just have to lose your status for a while, if possible. If you can't, I trust you won't kick people just because you are losing. You are too nice for that.

No, I don't feel like entering the tournament, I'm just offering to host it. Since my server is considerably more developed & scripted than Gloom Masters.

Like I said, you two talk it over. I don't want to just pic and seem like I'm just blowing the other person off. So, yeah.

Gloomy's is still not very organized, so our best bet is leona's...
