And what I mean by an incomplete moveset is one that does not specify what levels the attacks are from. Not only that, some people just simply put "All ice attacks" or something for its Level Up Attacks or TM/HM Compatibilty, which is very irritating because not only does it not specify the levels, it does not state the order either or whether it is REALLY all attacks of that type.

And would Myuutsuu please come to the Ex Dex pics thread and see Treleon and Treleon 2.0? However these are both done by me since no one else seems to have submitted a copy of thiers.

I can't change Embertoise's evolution chain right now, I can't find the time, but I have another idea. Maybe you could make the last allocated spot for starters free for non-starters? That would solve all our problems a lot easier, methinks, unless someone else is willing to create a second evolution in the Embertoise line.
